Adding liquidity to a pool on Auriswap is a great way to earn rewards and support the decentralized exchange (DEX). Here’s a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you through the process:
Ensure your cryptocurrency wallet is securely connected to Auriswap. Follow the wallet connection instructions if you haven't done so already.
Navigate to the 'Liquidity' Tab
Once your wallet is connected, go to the 'Liquidity' tab on the navigation bar at the top of the swap box. This section is dedicated to managing liquidity pools.
Choose Tokens for Liquidity Pool
In the liquidity interface, select the tokens you want to add to the liquidity pool. Typically, you’ll need to add two tokens to create a pair.
Click on the drop-down menus to choose the tokens you want to provide.
Input Token Amounts
Enter the amount of each token you wish to add to the liquidity pool. The interface will automatically adjust the corresponding token amount to maintain the correct ratio based on current pool prices.
Review and Confirm
Carefully review the details of your liquidity addition. Ensure the token amounts and ratios are correct.
Click the 'Add Liquidity' button to initiate the process.
Approve and Confirm Transaction
Your wallet will prompt you to approve the transaction. This step authorizes Auriswap to use your tokens for the liquidity pool.
Confirm the transaction in your wallet. This may involve signing a transaction or entering your wallet password.
Receive LP Tokens
Once the transaction is confirmed, you will receive LP (liquidity provider) tokens. These tokens represent your share in the liquidity pool and can be used to claim your share of the trading fees and liquidity.
